Kenneth
R. Zuetel, Jr. graduated in 1974 with a Bachelor's Degree
(with high honors) from San Diego State University where
he was a member of four national honor societies, including
Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. In 1978, Mr. Zuetel graduated
from the University of San Diego School of Law with a Juris
Doctor degree (top 15%), where he served as an Articles
Editor on the law review and was also elected to Who's Who
Among University Graduates. Following law school, Mr. Zuetel
clerked for the Hon. Martin Pence, Federal Judge for Hawaii,
and thereafter was associated with two national law firms
in their trial departments.

Since
1988 Mr. Zuetel has practiced in Pasadena and is the managing
partner of Zuetel & Torigian. Mr. Zuetel has tried over
135 trials and arbitrations, and has served as an arbitrator
in an equal number. He has also published over 20 book chapters and articles dealing with civil trial practice, arbitration and medical malpractice, and has served as a Judge Pro Temp for the Los Angeles Superior and Municipal Courts. Mr. Zuetel is a member of the State Bar of California,
as well as all California federal courts and the Ninth Circuit,
Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in California and America,
National Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and is an AV-rated
lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.

Victoria
K. Torigian graduated from Pepperdine University in 1986
where she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology.
She worked as a Research Technician at USC School of Medicine
before attending Southwestern University School of Law in
Los Angeles. She was admitted to the California State Bar
and U.S. District Court in 1993.
Prior
to joining Zuetel & Torigian, Ms. Torigian gained experience
in the areas of personal and bodily injury, insurance defense,
product liability and appellate work.

Ms.
Torigian specializes in healthcare, insurance and tort litigation.
She has applied her unique knowledge in the medical arena
to various aspects of healthcare litigation. Ms. Torigian
is involved in the defense of physicians and other health
care providers, both in the malpractice arena and administrative
proceedings. For example, she has handled cases involving
negligent treatment occasioned by missed or delayed diagnoses,
surgical error, and patient neglect. Her experience has
also focused on the defense of HMO business practices and
liability.

Ms. Torigian's unique experience also enables her to be an effective
advocate on behalf of attorneys who are sued for malpractice, especially those involved in the
